Payment Policy

LABS2GO operates as an independent fee-for-service platform. We do not bill insurance for our mobile services. Each visit requires a one-time service fee, which is charged directly at the time of booking.

Please note:
Your insurance information must be included on your physician’s requisition form so your selected laboratory can process and bill your insurance for the actual lab testing. Before uploading your documents, ensure your requisition is complete and accurate.

Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays happen; however, we must keep our technicians and other patients on schedule.

If a patient arrives 20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule the visit.

Provide the address where you’d like the service—your home, workplace, or another private setting.

3. Professional Visit
A certified phlebotomist arrives on time with all necessary equipment.

4. Blood Collection
Your samples are collected safely and efficiently.

5. Transport to the Lab
Once collected, samples are labeled and transported to a certified laboratory for testing.

6. Receive Your Results
Results are delivered securely to you or your healthcare provider once testing is complete.

HIPPA / PRIVACY

Consent and Authorization

I, the undersigned, consent to the collection and use of my health information by LABS2GO for the purpose of obtaining blood samples and performing diagnostic testing.
I authorize LABS2GO to release my health information to the healthcare providers and laboratories involved in processing and analyzing my samples.

Privacy and Security

I understand that my health information will be kept strictly confidential. LABS2GO uses appropriate security measures—including encrypted systems and secure storage—to protect all personal and medical information.

Retention and Disposal

I acknowledge that my health information will be retained for 7 years in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, after which it will be securely and permanently disposed of.

Patient Rights

I understand that I have the right to access my health information and request corrections or amendments as permitted under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
